Elias Brothers Contracting Pressure Cleaning Services generally include but are not limited to:

• Prior to pressure cleaning, all plants are wet around the buildings to protect them from overspray.
  
  
• Application of a chlorine bleach/water solution and allow it to kill existing mildew and fungus.
  
  
• Removal of dirt, chalked paint and debris from surfaces.
  
  
• Wash surfaces with a high volume, high pressure commercial-grade water blaster capable of sustaining a continuous pressure of 1,800 to 2,500 psi, and from 3 to 7 gallons/minute capacity. The tips used will produce a cone or flat fan pattern that will allow cleaning of a variety of surfaces.
  
  
• After pressure cleaning, all remaining loose paint will be removed with a putty knife and electric wire wheel.
  
  
• Removal of as much rust derived from the sprinklers as possible.
  
  
• Type of areas usually requested for cleaning are exterior stucco walls, wood surfaces, soffit, fascia, ceilings, gutters, roof dividers, parapet walls, gables, chimneys, railings, shutters, awnings, vinyl siding, architectural stonework, brick, walkways, stairways, sidewalks, driveways, garages, parking garages and carports
